Rex was such a loving caring man. As my step-father, he was there for all the important dates for Anne and I. Birthday parties at the restaurant in Milwaukie, my high school graduation, my marriage to Gregg with all the beautiful pictures, and Anne's oops down the stairs with the broken hip. We certainly will miss him forever.

Got to know Rex through the Oregon Chapter Of International Assoc. of Arson Investigators. He was such a gracious man and a wonderful resource for other fire investigators. He will be missed. Condolences to the family.
