I only had the opportunity to meet Rex a few times while he was visiting mutual friends in Roanoke, Va. Even with only a few encounters I feel blessed to have known him. It only took one time of meeting Rex and you would never forget him. I was very saddened at the news of his passing. He was a wonderful man. A glowing personality with the kindest heart, who left this world way too young. My prayers go out to all of his loved ones. God Bless.
