I send my heartfelt condolences to Michelle, Marina, and Ryan, to Mrs. Beigi, to Dr. Beigi, to Pari and Rich, and to all other family and friends. Growing up with the Beigi family in Pittburgh, I was always in awe of Reza's intelligence, skillful violin playing, and genuine, kind spirit. I wish I could wrap my arms around you all in love and support. Please know I am thinking of you all. Genevieve (Brown) Mallon

I knew Reza when he was a PhD student at Case, and also when he taught and chaired at Laurel. He was a man of vision and integrity and a tremendous mentor to those students fortunate enough to know him. I was so sorry to hear of his death. My prayers are with his family.
