Dear Bell Family, we adored your mom. Rhea Carter was a fine, fine lady. She, and you, were the ultimate friends to our family. Always there, always ready to help, to entertain, to give. We have so many memories and joyful times to remember. Rhea Carter loved to the fullest, gave her all always.
