Not sure what to say?

She was a fun lady to be with. I was a Grand Officer with her in 1995 as we traveled the state of Ohio. I am truly sorry for your loss Carl she was a very nice lady. I hope you are doing well.

Dear Spencer Family,
Lots of prayers coming your way. I will always remember Rhea's hilarious sense of humor and how I always felt welcome in your home. Great "campouts" in the backyard and walking to the bus with Cheryl & Brenda every morning. Another vivid memory that has always stayed with me is from the day of the big explosion in Harrod in March 1973. We were all out on Oak Street watching the huge fire at the railroad and suddenly barrels started to be projected through the air...

So sorry for your loss

Comfort to all the family

Spencer family, you are in my thoughts and prayers! Rhea is flying with the angels.

Carl & Family,

Sincere condolences for all of you on the the loss of Rhea. She was a wonderful woman. Prayers for all of you during this difficult time.

Carol (Arthur) Clum

We are so very sorry for your loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Rhea was a great lady and will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Sending our prayers and deepest sympathy for your loss. Always a smile and upbeat in her manor. She felt as though all the kids at Allen East were her own. It was also her job to care for them while at school. Rhea and Carl were and are the shining spot in the halls at Otterbein, town and community of Harrod. Always happy to see you.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We have so many fond memories of Rhea and your family. My God comfort you in your grief with the assurance that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus.
