We only had the pleasure of meeting Rhoda one time, when we came to Philadelphia for the party she threw in August 2002 for Mandy and Jeff. We immediately took a liking to her. She had a bubbly personality, a great sense of humor and a constant smile on her face. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and we had a great time visiting with her.
