Rhoderick Jack "Rod" Elin

Rod was a true gentleman who cared deeply about the people his work helped in the community. He helped me in many ways in our interactions through our work connections, elections and Rotary. His departure leaves a huge hole in the community. Rest well, my friend, and may there be hot rods on a dry lake bed waiting for you in Heaven.
