Jonesboro, Arkansas
Rhonda passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Rhonda was a resident of Jonesboro, Arkansas at the time of passing. She was a 1973 graduate of Nettleton High School and attended Arkansas State University. Visitation will be from 5-7:30 p.m. Sunday in Emerson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday in Emerson Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
I met Rhonda in Little Rock when my husband was in the Legislature. She
became a dear friend. We shared several conversations about Courtney. She
loved her family. I am so sorry that we have lost a wonderful person. My heart
goes out to you Brent, Courtney and her family.
