Rhonda was instrumental in helping all researchers in the city of Louisville get the training needed to do our jobs, but not necessarily provided by our jobs! She established the Gaining Essentials about Research (GEAR) regional education program. She was always enthusiastic & lit up any room she entered! She certainly made learning research fun!
