Not sure what to say?

It has been 15 years since you died and another 15 or more since I knew you. I don’t know why you popped up on my radar so I decided to look you up. I am sorry you passed.

I was a friend of Joe’s from high school. My family life was challenging and somehow you just knew that. And you were very kind to me. Your kindness meant a lot then and still means a lot today... 30 years later. You were such a devoted father and a really great person.

Papa - You inspire to me to walk with my head held high in all seasons of life. I have had the privilege of knowing you for more than ten years and have so many fond memories of you. There are many things you taught me - the two greatest of these are to keep fighting no matter what battle I might find myself facing and to love and honor my family in all I do. Thank you for letting me be a part of your family and always being there when I needed you - even when I told you I didn't. No matter...

Sorry to hear of your loss. My father and I worked with Ric at Willig Freight Lines for many years. I remember him as a strong man with a great wit.

Pops you are truely a unique individual. Someone who was always there for me, and ready to give everything you had to help me become a better man. As I continue my journey in life, may you look over me to guide me in the right direction. I MISS YOU POPS, and wish that I could have one more day with you to tell you how much I LOVE YOU. FOREVER: Peter

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.
I enjoyed the many years that I worked with Ric at Willig Freight Lines. He will be missed by many.

Dad your courage, strength, and will to never give up will always be an inspiration to me. I could not have imagined a better role model than the one God created for me in you. I did not fully realize all the sacrifices you made for our family on a day to day basis until I became a father myself. Papa I already miss you more than I can express in words. I promise to take care of Mom as well as you always did. Dad, I love you. Love your son Phil. AMF.

Ric and I enjoyed a freindship for over 50 years starting from when we met at St. Ignatius College Prep in the late 1950's. We raced his Porsche speedster, rode dirt track motorcycles, took on all comers at the Day Street Gym where we won most of the time, ran the Bay to Breakers, vacationed in europe, schemed on each others girl freinds. I was the only one he loaned his new 396, 4 speed Chevy SS so I could impress a new girl freind. He phoned me every day during a very low time in my life and...
