Not sure what to say?

My condolences! I was not aware that Richard went to be with our Lord, otherwise, I would have been to the wake. I was also a graduate of Ward H. S. In 1959.
God Bless Richard and give him a hug for me dear Lord.

A fine man and family. Thinking of all of you.

Dick Morrissey was a good man, a passionate card player with friends, and brought an honest, even sometimes unknowingly, sense of humor to situations. In later life he became active in St. Patrick’s church activities and was always willing to pitch in to help not only to friends and family but to those who needed help. He will be missed and remembered.

I really enjoyed my time with your father. My time spent working with Dick or fishing on his boat will always be cherished. Dick invited my family in with all of you on the annual trout opener. My kids were very small then and now in there late 20,s still remember and talk about the hot dogs on Dicks boat. I will miss calling him to catch up on old times.

In memory of a wonderful man on F Dock. Our boat is on E Dock. So we will miss waving to Dick across the lake. He was always so friendly. We will also miss him at the fish dinners. Even though he was busy with the coleslaw, he always took time to come to our table to visit. We will miss seeing you, Dick. But we know you are happy there in Heaven. God Bless You!

To Dick’s family - we were so saddened to read of your father’s passing. We knew him through the Green Club at St. Patrick’s and always enjoyed visiting with him at the fish dinners and when we’d run into him at Wyandotte County Lake. He was a kind and generous soul; we extend our heartfelt condolences to you - he was so proud of all of you. Rest In Peace, Dick. Fly high and enjoy fishing and golf with the angels.
