Richard John Ahern

I remember Brother Ahern directing a road show that won our ward the highest accolades. He was patient and professional and set a great example. He had a good sense of humor about me actually believeing that he was secretly in the mafia; thanks to his own sons. Brother Ahern shared his voice, hitestimony and his life with us. We will miss him.

Dear Aherns- I'll always remember his amazing, clear voice. I was 14 when he sang at my mother's funeral, but he sang often and shared his talents. He taught you all to do the same. I haven't thanked you enough for sharing your talents at my brother's funeral. You are a beautiful, and beloved family. We love you.

Rel, Pam, Dave, Doug, and family,
I am so saddened to hear of the passing of your wonderful husband, father and grandfather. I remember when your family joined the church so long ago, and all the times a beautiful baritone voice brought the spirit into our meetings, including at our mother's funeral. I loved being part of Pageant and helping others to "Come Feel the Savior's Love." You are all beloved friends and my prayers are with you.

Sister Rel Ahern,
I pray that the truths of the gospel and the service and love of friends, family, and church members will bring you and your family comfort and peace, now and in the coming years. Your family was so sweet to bless and comfort my family one year ago at my brother's funeral - Thank you again for that. All the Andersons love you!
