Not sure what to say?

Gail and Walt and family, we just recently heard of Dicks passing and we are so sorry to have missed the funeral. We were touched to see him and you, Gail, at our dads visitation just six months prior. Jeff and I have happy memories of your family in various ways and I will never forget Dicks smile. Our prayers are with you all, as well as or gratitude for good times gone by.

Lane (& family]

'Long, Long Ago' my mother & I were fortunate enough to meet you & Dick - thanks to dear Bill Huff - & what fun we had... especially due to the above named oil! Of course, I wished we had crossed paths earlier in life, but am thankful we met you at all! [And equally thankful we have kept in close touch!]

We (& now I in later years] just adored Dick ~ so many fond memories were gathered along the way!

However, it is never easy to part with a loved one...

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dick and his very special wife, Gail, at the annual Christmas party on the 10th floor at Winton Place. Dick and Gail were so warm and welcoming to me, as I am new to the building, and that was my first time. I will always remember the genuine and kind conversation he extended. May he rest peacefully, dear Gail. With deepest sympathy to you and your family. - Julie

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Ahlers passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family at this sad time. I know he will be greatly missed. Isobel Edward Sandfield, Manitoulin Island Canada

You have our deepest sympathies. We pray in your behalf, and we look forward to the day when we will welcome back our loved ones on a Paradise earth. Psm 37:29

I am so sorry for the immeasurable loss of your loved one. May God strengthen and sustain you with 'everlasting comfort and good hope' and 'comfort your hearts' during this deeply sad and terribly difficult time. - 2 Thessalonians 2:16,17

To Walter, Fred, Laura and Gail from all of us O'Briens you have pur heartfelt sympathies in this time of morning. Our years ago at the Island and memories of Dick, the times we shared and adventures made as kids playing in the forest and lake shall not be forgotten. The magical times we never realized they were. Such is the innocence of youth.
Dick was a splendid soul to all. He is immortalized in our memories and will stay with all always. While he may be gone from this place he is far...

Dick was a great man. He always greeted me at church with a smile and a big hug. We will miss him so much. All my sympathy and prayers to Gail and the Ahlers Family.
