Not sure what to say?

I knew him as a classmate at Kings Point. He was a great guy and classmate. He had a wonderful sense of humor. My condolences to his family.

I met Richard back in 2004 when I was coaching his son. He was a kind-hearted man. I heard through some connections about his passing and I just wanted to let Dante know how sorry I am for your loss. God bless you all.

Rich started as a math teacher in Marlboro NY around 1974. He was my assistant football coach for over 10 years and a great friend. He was a compassionate man and cared deeply for his family, especially his children.

Richard and Mia volunteering at Braden River Elementary. How the children loved them.

Richard was a kind, gentle and brave soul. I am blessed to have known him. He has touched many hearts in our community and was very generous with his time. Bill and I will miss him, his passion for the Yankees, his keen sense of humor and brave heart! Heaven and earth will not be the same.

I was a neighbor of Richard and frequently talked to him when he was walking Noah and Mia. He was one of the kindest people and always had a smile for everyone. I remember one time talking about his book and our mutual interests in writing and dogs. He will be missed. The world needs more giving and kind people like him.
