To the Allen Family: Richard is an honorary member of our families in Tennessee, Georgia, and Indiana. He was a strong advocate for Justice and a very wonderful and spiritual being. I regret not getting to know him better. Richard was a life long friend of mine. I am sorry for the loss. Such a brilliant mind.
