Not sure what to say?

I think of you always Dick and will love you forever. I am without the two loves of my life and so miss you both! Thank you for your loving message, Christy. Thought you might like to know Mike was just a baby when Dick went to Tulane but love your connection. Ever thankful for your remembering, Christy, and hope life is a blessing to you always.

Hello, my name is Christiane, and I am a friend of Mike's from long ago. I visit Maple Hill regularly to walk, and share a song or two with Mike, and I noticed years back that Mr. Allen was laid to rest beside him. Sending my Love, and hope you enjoy peaceful memories of them both. I didn't know Mr. Allen went to Tulane! I worked there for a short time many years ago, so that was neat to read about him, among other things. Best to all The Allen's.

Ali, I just Goggled y'all and Dick's obituary popped up. I had tried in the past to find y'all without success. Dick was not only a great boss at the Rad division but also a great friend. I'm so sorry. Kelly Tucker

I am so very sorry to hear of Dick´s passing. I knew and respected him for many years . We worked together at Dynetics where I saw what a truly kind and thoughtful person he was. I am terribly sorry that I´m late in seeing this as I wish I could have paid my respects before now. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing.

Richard will be missed. I enjoyed working with him at Dynetics. Peace

So sorry to hear that Dick has left this world. He was a wonderful person and friend. Always a smile and good thoughts. He will be truly missed. I´m hoping I will see you soon Allie and you all will be in my daily rosary and prayers. Kathy French

Alice, Deborah and the family of Colonel Allen, please accept the condolences of the veterans of the 11th armored Cavalry Regiment who served in Vietnam and Cambodia. Dick was one of us, one of our own. He served honorably with the Legendary Blackhorse regiment in Headquarters, Headquarters Troop in 1967 and 1968. His name will be published in our newsletter, Thunder Run, posted on our web page and announced at our Annual Reunion. He will be included along with those other brave men who...
