AMO, RICHARD ANDREW, PINCKNEY, MICHIGAN, 82, died June 8, 2004 at home.

Dick was born October 4, 1921 to Louis and Alma (Preibie) Amo in Argentine, MI. He married Emily Pauline who predeceased him after 20 years of marriage. He was married to his second wife, Virginia Forshee, for 23 years.

He is survived by his children, Richard (Karen) Amo II, Scott Amo, and Colleen (Fred) Swan, four grandchildren, sister Nancy Lynn of Lansing, and special friend Marian Lutz.

Dick was a 1941 graduate of Howell High School and loved attending their reunions. He joined the United States Air Force during WW II. Dick was employed as supervisor for GM Proving Grounds in Milford until retirement. He was a member of Howell VFW.

Celebration of Dick’s life will be Saturday, June 12, 2004. 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, Howell with Rev. Chuck Jacobs officiating.
