Richard E. Andrews

Dick and I met at Trenton Junior College in about 1958 and he was part of our wedding party in 1960. Adele and I have the best memories of Dick and Carol from those years together.

To Carol and the family I was saddened to hear about Dick's illness and passing. We spent many hours together on the basketball court and baseball field at PHS. After high school, we never lost touch with each other because of the willingness of the two you to lead the class in reunions and other get togethers. Dick would never accept the attempts to make him the class president. Instead he was the quiet leader, getting the work done with little or no recognition. Dick...

So sorry to hear of Mr. Andrews passing. One of my Favorite teachers at Freedom High School. So fair and nice. Had him for math and homeroom. Was so nice,when my friends car broke down going to school , I was so late and he just got me out of trouble. Said things happen. At least you made it safe. Sweet guy. RIP

Carol....so sorry to learn of Dicks passing. When I saw his picture I recognized him immediately, even though it has been over 50 years since I last saw either of you. I use to babysit Lori when you lived on Green Pond Road in the farmhouse (I lived down the street). In reading this piece, it would appear you had full, happy life together.
