Not sure what to say?

Dear Dad,
You were my hero, my role model and the greatest dad there ever was. You taught me to be strong, how to fix things ang how to be a great parent. You never let me forget you and mom would always be there for me. Tim, Liz, Bianca and Maddie will never be the same without you. You and mom were Tim's second parents, you took him to Boy Scouts, helped him get all those badges, build cars and boats and even slept in a cave when he had no one else. Liz loved to fish with you and...

I just wanted to tell you a little bit about my father-in-law and how he was with his family. He was the one we all called to fix anything in our house. I would call him to let him know that Ed was operating a saw or machine tool and I knew he would be on the way to make sure Ed would not get hurt and was done right. My girls would ask their Papa to fix their toys; they would not even give him a chance to walk in the door and would run up to let him know what was broke as would I. We were...

I don't even know where to begin. You were the greatest man in my life and the greatest one I'll ever meet. You took me to work with you and answered all my pesty, little questions about your job. You showed me how to build bird houses, benches, shelves, and so much more. You were my fishing buddy. The one I woke up with at five in the morning. I'd follow you out the door with a cup of coffee for you and a glass of orange juice for me. We'd fish until noon even if we caught nothing. Now that...

My deepest sympathy to the entire Andrejewski family. Your dad and husband was a wonderful man. I remember him a lot when I was little. Terri and I were inseperable for quite a while and he always tolerated two non-stop giggling little girls in his own quiet way.

Ed,
I write this message through tear-blurred eyes as I have just read your letter to your Dad. Flo, Ed,Chiara, Terri, family & friends. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. You and your family have taught us a lot about what it means to really be a family. When Chiara & I would talk, as stay-at-home moms do, two or three times a week she would mention that your parents were coming over for dinner or that you would be going by there. Ed, as you said so eloquently in your letter, it is...

There is a phrase that people say, “Only the Good Dye Young”. Well this past weekend God had the need for a Good Carpenter.

My father Richard was a man of simple needs who treasured the simple things in life. He didn’t drive a fancy car or wear fancy clothes; we all new Rich to drive a work truck, and usually show up either wearing house shoes or work boots. When my father bought my mother her last car I said to my mom, “oh please don’t let him buy another plain 4 door chevy with...

Yes, Rich was an avid fisherman. I remember him waking me up at 4:00 in the morning to go fishing with him when we were young. I will always remember those times, along with building garages. You will be missed.
Your little brother,
David
