Richard was born on December 14, 1944 and passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016. Richard was a resident of Abbeville, Louisiana at the time of his passing. He was married to Peggy. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday February 22 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Pastor Randy Dugas officiating the services. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville 209 S. St. Charles Street on Sunday February 21 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Monday February 22 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
