Not sure what to say?

Always and forever ONE of a kind and gentle person. He is sorely missed.

He was a nice friend

He was one of the best presidents we ever had. His experience was from the ground up. I used to host a Chicago blues trip for most of the R and D members along with plant supervisors. One year he brought all of the vice presidents . They had a ball listening to great music and dancing! He was that type of person to bring people together.

I heart reaches out to you all during this difficult time. I had the honor to work with Rich at Sara Lee. He shall be missed. May God comfort you and your loved ones. In Christ love, Elly Arnold

I remember when he first came to Hillshire Farm in New London Wisconsin. Rich was a Leader who valued trust and respect. Rich...
