Richard S. Arnold HAYES - Richard Samuel Arnold, 63, of the 7000 block of Leigh Drive, died Aug. 28, 2008. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. chapel, is in charge.
