Among our close group of friends in Ft. Wayne, Dick stood out for his quick wit and memorable exchanges with Donnie Esterson. He and Adie loved to travel and we all enjoyed their dinner parties featuring French cooking and excellent wines. My thoughts are with Adie, Wendy and Michael as they mourn Dick´s passing.

Adie and family, I am so sorry at Dick´s passing. I remember arguing with him in court, I remember traveling with him to Vegas and Chicago with Small groups of lawyer friends,I remember lunches with him and Dick Snouffer and Roger Hultquist in the years following his retirement. I remember Dick so well. I will keep remembering. My sympathies. Perry

Condolences to Mike and Wendy and the family. I always liked your dad. He was very tolerant of my antics when I was the neighborhood hooligan. After I became a lawyer myself I was enjoyed our debates about the 4th and 6th Amendments and "Command Responsibility as we both were keen observers of war crimes trials.
