Richard Baker

Richard P. Baker, 79, of Wever died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at his home surrounded by family.

Born Nov. 7, 1945, in Knox County, Missouri, he was the son of Lorraine H. and Naomi L. Luke Baker. On November 30, 1964, he married Jeanne S. Boyle in Danville, IA.
