Not sure what to say?

I've spent much of my time these last few months wishing I had given myself an opportunity to know Uncle Dick much better. I'm very glad my children had a chance to meet him so I can share with them the stories I've been gifted, and tell them of the man they've met. Love you so much Aunt Claren.

Doris and John's wedding - Jan 1944?

Dear Claren,
Don and I send our sincere condolences to you and the family. I have warm and wonderful memories of times with Dick and the Bannow family from the age of 8 when he and I were part of brother John and Doris' wedding party - he was the best man and I was flower girl (Jan 1944?). Our deep condolences to Claren and the kids for his recent passing. All of us whose lives Dick touched will...

He was always the smiling, cheerful face of Bannow Drug and always so helpful because you know, kids are prone to forget half of what their mother told them. I moved away after high school but the goodness and character that he exhibited every...

I worked at Mr Bannow's Pharmacy store for 6 1/2 years.. He was the best boss I have ever had.. The man was kind hearted, warm, understanding and one of the finest men you'll ever have the good luck of meeting.. and funny....
