Not sure what to say?

i miss all the laughs we used to have

Rich was the nicest guy, always friendly and positive. He was always so helpful when I asked for his feedback on training at work. Just a genuinely great person. He will truly be missed here at Medtronic. Thinking of his entire family especially Rich Jr. who is just as nice a guy as his dad was.

My condolences and thoughts/prayers to the family

I worked with Richie at Medtronic and enjoyed him as both a coworker and a friend. He was a hard worker who will be missed. James Luberto

We have lost a wonderful family member who inspired many of us in our youth. A magnifying personality within the community and a cool uncle! Rest In Peace till we meet again in Heaven.

Someone so special can never be forgotten, may his soul rest in peace He will be missed dearly

My sincere condolences to the family. Rich was my coworker at Medtronic.
He was always smiling always friendly. You could never walk by Rich
without him leaving a smile on your face he will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to the Baptiste family. I will always remember the phone calls Dickie and I shared over the years, we had a lot of laughs, I will certainly remember all the fun we had on the bus to the Cape Verdean Festival with his brother JuJu. Dickie and I had a very special relationship which I will treasure always, and he will be missed by me and my family.

You will be missed. My deepest sympathies during your time of loss, my thoughts/prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
