My condolences to Richard's family and I offer a prayer for all.
We have never met but my name is also Richard Barch. I was born in Niagara Falls, New York in 1936 and I am practicing law in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. I just happened to be on the net, came upon Richard's obituary and it inspired me to write a note.
I noticed that Richard and his wife, Mary Jane, had a long life together and may her fond memories of Richard and her touch with God restore her spirits.
