We just heard of Rich's passing,so sad to hear. He was a wonderful friend, I have so many great memories of him, he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, Joe and Janet Beard.

I Loved and admired Rich. He was an anchor at Beach, and he was never too busy to help someone out. He was fun, funny, artistic, and talented. And no one could cook a better lamb. He will be remembered and missed.
