Sorry my message was cut short. RCB was a wonderful mentor and was supportive to me. He loved his children so much and I am sure was a perfect granddad. My deepest condolences to all of you.

First of all, your dad gave me a chance. He was tough but fair. I was 21 and I wanted to prove myself as his administrative assistant. I worked hard and he respected that. I had no idea what I was doing. I just worked hard. He respected me and I respected him.

Fang and I are deeply saddened at Dick´s passing. We send our sincere sympathy to his Daughters and grandchildren. He was a very special friend, kind, a very patient listener and his advice was always deeply thought through and welcomed. I first met Dick over 50 years ago. We became reacquainted years later through SF Ballet. Fang, Dick and I worked closely to bring the Ballet to China twice. We will always treasure our cruise with him in Japan and the many enjoyable lunches and dinners we...

I am so sorry for your family's loss. I so enjoyed working with Dick when he was a member of the SF Ballet investment committee. He was a super thoughtful and insightful investor -- who care so passionately for the ballet. He was a joy to work with.
