Richard was born on June 18, 1953 and passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Richard was a resident of Tenaha, Texas at the time of passing. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Jackie Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Ramah Cemetery in Tenaha.
