Dear Cheryl & family,
So very sorry to hear of "Dickies" passing, but I'm sure very much a blessing,even though not always what we want to face. He was my very first "supervisor" at South St. Friendly's back in '67, and then again when I returned from the service in '78 on Northampton St. A good friend and most recently neighbor(who would have known). Will most certainly miss his smile, presence and sense of humor. Good Bless!

My sincerest condolences and sympathy to you. I am so sad to hear the news of Dicks passing. I worked at the Northhamptom Street store all through high school and have never forgotten the wonderful life lessons and work ethic that Dick taught all of us. I remember going to your wedding and staying in touch long after the Friendly's years. Please know that he touched so many of our lives in such a beautiful way. Sending love and prayers across the miles.
