Richard Owen Batt

Many good people worked with and for Dick Batt at Aerojet in Rancho Cordova, CA. I had the pleasure of working on many Tactical and Strategic solid rocket motor programs with him. His leadership of the Operators in the manufacture of rocket motors was exemplary and the reason we always produced rocket motors on schedule and budget. He was a great friend as well and we kept in touch frequently even after his retirement. We´re going to miss him. Godspeed Mr. Batt.
