I worked with Rich at the Hanover Marriott and he was such a delight! Always smiling, always with a good story, always caring, he showed genuine interest in people and tried to helped them with a good word. It is hard to imagine that he is not around anymore. May you rest in peace, Rich! And may God bless your family and give them strengh.

I am so sorry for your loss...I loved working with Rich....he was a wonderful guy. He will be greatly missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with Ricky, he was such a nice guy. Mary Meola

I went to school with Ricky, we were in middle school together at Valleyview. I remember Ricky being a kind, caring, gentle, funny teen. I used to spend hours with him on the phone after school and on weekends, sharing thoughts and music. At the time, there were two songs that he had the albums of, of which I didn't. One was "Here Comes The Sun" by The Beatles and the other was "My Sweet Lord", by George Harrison. He knew how much I loved those songs and he would play them over and over for...

Although it has been many year since I saw Ricky I have never forgotten the years we spent together as friends. I will miss you Ricky. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

I traveled through my entire Denville school experience with Ricky. He was fun, funny, and most of all extremely kind. I have fond memories of him in my classes in both Valleyview and Morris Knolls. We laughed a lot together in English I class with Mr. Ross. I will always cherish those memories. You are missed dear friend!

Although I never really knew Richard, I grew up with his brothers. I also spent alot of time at the family's home in Indian Lake, with their wonderful Mom. My heart goes out to this loving family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Kathy Addison
