We had the great fortune to meet Dick and Irmi when they joined Indian Creek Resort in Ft. Myers Beach FL. We had the pleasure and joy of doing a number of things together. Follow up visits with Dick and Irmi took us to Liverpool; Freising, Germany; and Saratoga Springs. Dick's personality, sincerity, and love of those around him will always be in our memory. Bob & Joan

When I came to Prestwick Chase 2 years ago Dick and Irmi Bauer were quick to welcome me. Since then we have become friends, and I mourn Dick’s passing. I was able to spend some time with Irmi the day before Dick died and I cherish
