Yesterday’s service was a fitting tribute of anthems, spirituals, contemporary music and spoken word to Reb. Kirby (Rip) and Albert stepped up to the plate to represent and pay homage to their special friend. Since his tenure at WSSU, each member of my family has a different story to tell about Richard Ryans Baxter.
