Dick"s family, I was so sorry to hear of his passing the world loss a dear person. I always remember how red his face would get when he laughted he was always so funny and brought alot of fun in my and Dillard's life. I loved him very much and will miss him dearly. I grew up with Richard in Penns Grove. I will never forget the day Richard and I were Drag Racing down Main street Penns Grove when Judge DiNicola jumped out in from of me. I stopped and he took me to the police station where I was given a ticket. Richard was smart and kept on driving. I send my deepest sympathy to all
