I was sorry to read that an old dear friend of mine had passed away. I met Richard while working for the Housing Authority and from there became very good friend's. Richard was a very good employee of the Housing Authority and was always willing to give a helping hand to any of the tenants. I will always have fond memories of our days as Housing Authority employees. Richard will be deeply missed by all those that got to know him.
