So sorry to learn of Dick's (Richard) passing. He was my scoutmaster in the mid 50's at Troop 26 which met at St. James Apostle Church in Westville. I will always remember him as my scoutmaster, my friend, and above all my mentor. My condolences to the entire Belford family
