Dear Judy and Adam, As I read thru this memoriam I truly felt that Rich has left a legacy. Judy,
I was so sorry to hear of Rich's passing. We went to OFA together, I "replaced" him at Tioga State Bank when he "went on Tour", played golf with/against him and always enjoyed seeing him around Town. My sincere condolences to you and the Family.
