Dear June,

I just heard that Rick passed last week. My deep and heartfelt sympathy to you and Mark and Matt. Rick was a great man and I had the priviledge of working with him at Commonwealth Title. Rick also was kind enough to help me land my first job in a law firm. After fifteen years I am still at the same firm.

Thanks to you and Rick for being such wonderful people!
