Thought of you today my Brother. I'm glad you are in a Better Place today. You should never have been lost to us the way you were. Peace

As I watched the complete collapse of Afghanistan today, the implosion of everything we tried to do in Afghanistan, I thought about you and the other two angels by your side. I wish you would be alive today for your family to hug and treasure you. Your ultimate sacrifice was not in vain. Our country called for us and we answered. Sir, once again, I'm sitting here in the Stan... Like many others, my thoughts frequently return to you. Know that you are missed and your memory lives on. You made such an impact on so many and your words live on. Thank you for the impact you had on my life.

Rich,
Hard to believe 10 years has passed since the world was made less by your loss.
You are still missed by so very many.
But I am certain you are in a much happier place without pain or concerns.
Peace Brother

Rich,

I can't believe it was ten years ago that we lost you. Time may pass, but memories do not. I'm thankful that our paths in life crossed. Rest well, my friend.

Ten years ago this world lost a beautiful man LTC Richard Berrettini!! I had the honor and privilege to serve with him in Afghanistan. A man that had compassion, love, and service as his foundation. The care that this man gave to everyone was infectious. He was taken way too soon and the world became dimmer. May God continue to provide comfort to his wife and children during this day and may his love for humanity not be forgotten. RIP Brother!! Love and miss you!

Its not the same without you and we miss you Sir. RIP Brother
