Best, Lt. Cmdr Richard Halsey passed away October 28, in Santa Monica. Survived by his daughter Barbara Ann Llewellyn (Lynn Gersham); son Richard Halsey Best II (Veronica Rene) and grandson Richard Halsey Best III. Interment Arlington National Cemetery.
