Jessica, Alexis, and Fiona,
I knew Rick for many years as a good friend and neighbor. May God comfort you in your time of sorrow and know that my prayers are with you. With deepest sympathy,

to all of the family and friends of Rick, you will be in my prayers that God will give comfort and strength.

I have known Rick for many years beginning when he was a cadet in Portland, I had recently been seeing him in Falmouth and noted his quick smile and good nature were still vibrant. Shock does not describe my reaction to the loss of a good friend.
John (Salty) Bennett former Portland PD.

Although it has been years since I last saw Rick, I will always remember him for the kindness he showed me during difficult times. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
