Richard Barry Bilger Mr. Bilger, of Charlotte, died January 29, 2010. A service of interment will be held February 13 at 3:30 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery. Here he will be re- united with his loving wife Louise. Dad was a friend to many and a champion of many more.
