His extensive knowledge of economics enlightened many of our discussions. To his family, I am sorry for your loss. He was a great man and enriched the lives of those around him.

I remember Dr. Billings as an excellent Economics professor at UofA in the late 1970s. I used what he taught us in class throughout my career and in life. Very thankful for his expertise. He made a difference for his students. He will be remembered. God bless his family at this difficult time.
