My condolence to the family. I went to school@San Francisco City College and San Francisco State College as well as serving in the California National Guard with Richard. I lost track of you, as II also became an administrator In San Francisco. Lived in Marin and recently moved to Fairfield I'm so sorry for your loss.

Richard and I were great friends when we were growing up out on 45th Ave in San Francisco. I lost track of him after high school as we both got married and had kids we went our separate ways. It is a pity that I have to learn about his life in an obituary. I would have rather have met with him and heard about his wonderful accomplishments in person.
