Not sure what to say?

We can never forget Richard! He was super intelligent, wise, optimisic, lots of fun, a dear friend and loved life! Loved his son! I remember Jeffrey popping into the office - they had a great relationship! Loved working for him, trying out new restaurants that would open up in Philly! There will never be another guy like him! Still miss him, but will always have great memories! Nancy (Tuz) Happold

Always happy thoughts when it comes to Richard - and we still remember him and talk about him - he was an honest, caring friend/attorney - and they don't always go together!! Working for him was exhausting at times, but lots of fun too! We knew what to expect from each other and when "we"retired, he actually gave a sexy gift to me with a note to my husband saying 'Thank you for sharing your wife with me'! He was ONE of kind - loved his son, was a great dad - anyone who really know RRB will...

I worked with Dick back some 20 years. I was the messenger at Beitch & Block and was a bumbling high school girl who was petrified of the "bosses". Dick was alway kind, patient and soft spoken and for that I was truly greatful.

Jeffrey, know that you father spoke of you often and always with a smile on his face.

I am truly sorry for you loss. Dick will be remembered always and it will bring a smile to my face when I think of him.

Jeffrey, Kristen and Joanne,
Please accept our deepest sympathies.
With love,
Colleen and Joey

I worked with Blockie at PCDC for 2 years. His in-depth law acuity and mastery of the English language
will always be remembered dearly.

I met Richard when we worked together at the District Attorney's Office. He was a great friend and co-worker. He loved the Phillies and the horses but, more than anything in the world, he loved his Jeffrey, Kaitlin and Jake. We will all miss him.

I came to know Richard when I worked for the law firm 30 years ago, and eventually became his legal secretary/paralegal for 12 years after which he and I both retired from practicing lawyer/secretary, but continued to remain good friends. We definitely had a unique relationship in the work place for while we respected each other, we shared a special friendship, sharing in the good and the bad experiences in life. It was a unique relationship, and I have to say I loved working for him. I...

Dick and I have been friends for 55 years through Central HS (204) and DIckinson College ('59). Although I live in Los Angeles we maintained contact and would visit one another when we were in the neighborhood. Dick was a delightful, bright and obsessively optimistic person who will be sorely missed by all those who were priviledged to know him. My condolences to all of his family.
