Not sure what to say?

Berit and family, It was with great sadness in our hearts to hear of Richard's death. Our lives were enriched by our association with him. He was a good friend and confidant. He always made you feel welcome and just being around your family made us feel at home. We are sorry we heard too late to be there for the service. We would have been there to support and give our respects to Richard. He will be missed. May the Lord watch over you Berit, we love you and wiil pray for you. Keith and Sandra

To the family of Richard Blomquist,
I served in the Swedish Mission during the same years as Elder Blomquist. I knew him as a sincere servant of our Heavenly Father. He will be remembered always by the Swedish people as a loving missionary. I hope that you will find comfort in knowing that you can be with him in the eternities to come. This was one of the great blessings that he tried to share with the Swedish people. Sincerely, Robert Lundquist

I followed Richard's path and taught biology at both the high school and junior high levels. Though our styles are very different I look to "Mr. Blomquist" as worker of wonders with kids and science. Anyone who has taught, or tried to teach, junior high, knows the challenges he faced and he certainly did a fine job.

Sincerely,
Dave Jenkins

Michelle, and family, may God be with you always, and may you feel your father's warming love towards each of you.

Michelle Blomquist:

My condolences to you and your family. I hope your memories ease your pain. Fron experience, I know your father will always be in your heart and thoughts.

Mr. Blomquist was my Jr. High Biology teacher. He was the first person to spark my interest in Science. I'm sad to hear that he is gone.
