Richard H. Blouch

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Richard upon his passing. He will be remembered for his many life stories and the faithful community servant that he was. We served along side of him in emergency management (NEMA) and will always remember his faithful dedication to Franklintown and the greater Dillsburg area.

My deepest condolences to the entire Blouch family. Dick was a kind man and was good to all of us growing . So many stories and memories. He will be missed.

My dear Sharon: Anita and I were so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I remember you always spoke lovingly of him. You had a great marriage. He was a good man. Our prayers and good thoughts are with you and with your children. Much love, Anita and Bob Russoli
