Not sure what to say?

We have known Rick since 1986 when we connected, with him to build a retirement facility in Richland ,Wa. It was the first and only one in Richland making it possible for Seniors to have a wonderful place to live and be active.
Duane ,Donald and I have had fun, memorable times with Rick over these years, learning to "Live Large".
Rest in Peace my friend.

Fond memories of knowing Rick in Luther League and at PLU. I loved his energy and humor, he could always make me laugh.

Boehlke TR6.

Rico at the his second Fort Lauderdale home during Thanksgiving.

I had a wonderful dialogue with Rick at our last Bridger reunion. I was so impressed by his accomplishments, particularly in the area of providing low income housing. So grateful for the chance to have connected with him after so many years. Very sad for this loss.

Janine and I have many fond memories of Rick and our adventures together. We go back along way from high school Luther League, PLU days and life in Gig Harbor. There was never a dull moment for we were off traveling, skiing, boating or flying together. We shared many good times and bottles of wine, as we raise a glass to toast our very good friend, Rick.

Rick has been a part of my life from the very beginning. It was always an adventure when I got to see him. Many great memories made... Sun Valley, boat trips, dinners and just every day adventures. He has taught me the thrills of the high highs and the depths of the low lows. He had a great chuckle that I can even hear now, paired with a great sense of humor. He was a great example of how to love and care for his family, especially his dear mother, Amy. He will be missed! May he continue to...

Rick was a very special friend. We shared many wonderful experiences together. Sheri and I are so sad that Rick has passed.

I went to PLU a few years behind Rick. We both shared Portland as our home town. In 2004 he led eight of us on a two week sailing experience in the West Indies. Rick was always game for adventure. He had a dry sense of humor. We’ll remember him for his smarts, his mischievous manner and his infectious grin. We’re sorry to hear of his passing and extend our sincere sympathies. Love, Rick & Gayle Berg
